The repair and replacement of masonry work on the exterior of the building. Bidder must evaluate the existing masonry conditions as identified during the walkthrough. The bidder must provide recommendations for necessary repairs and replacements. The bidder must supply all labor, materials, and equipment needed to complete the work. The bidder must ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations. The bidder must be responsible for the removal, disposal and any fees associated with the removal and disposal of all masonry material of the structures, excess materials, debris and trash developed during the course of providing the contracted services. All waste material shall be removed in a manner which prevents injury or damage to persons, adjoining properties and public right-of-way. No waste material may be burned or buried on site. All material shall be disposed of in accordance with Local, State and Federal laws and regulations.
