Barrier Placement • Pickup barriers from Four Hills Landfill. Contractor shall supply their own labor and equipment (trucks, flatbed trailers, front end loader, etc.) for loading/unloading and hauling barrier between the landfill and downtown. Landfill to be accessed during times when the gate is open for DPW staff access (weekdays 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM) and coordinated in advance with the Superintendent of Solid Waste. • Set barriers in downtown at locations shown on a plan (to be provided by the City) and as directed by City staff. Contractor shall provide a rubber tire excavator, operator, and at least two laborers for placing/removing barrier. Coordinate with City Engineer to confirm exact locations and any adjustments. • Provide all required traffic control, to include a police officer detail and at least two flaggers. • Ensure installation meets safety standards (visibility, stability, ADA compliance). • Set barriers on April 30, 2026. Barrier Removal • Timely removal of barriers per City direction (October 16). • Return barriers to Four Hills Landfill.
