Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Bid is to establish a contract with a single vendor who will produce not only the physical printed product described herein, but will also provide the graphic design for that product. Only bids that offer both graphic design and print production under a single contract with the State will be considered. Due to state purchasing rules we cannot make separate awards to different vendors. We will accept bids based on the bidder subcontracting with a trusted designer or design firm for the graphic design component but our contract relationship for the whole project must be with one contractor who carries final responsibility for all aspects of contract compliance
