The selected Contractor will plan, develop, and facilitate executive training workshops that include hands-on activities and intensive interaction sessions that support the growth of the District’s Leadership Team (DLT). Anticipated training dates are: - A three hour session that occurs every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. - Three days of training and two days of planning during a summer week, preferably the third week in July. Training objectives will include the following outcomes (Underlined objects require enhanced training): - Enhanced Team Cohesion - Foster stronger relationships among team members through team-building activities and open discussions. - Develop Leadership Skills - Provide training on key leadership competencies, such as communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution. - Strategic Planning - Facilitate brainstorming discussion to identify organizational goals and develop actional strategies for achieving them. - Promote Personal Development - Encourage leaders to set personal development goals and create action plans for continuous growth. - Encourage Networking - Facilitate opportunities for leaders to connect with peers, share experiences, and build a supportive network. - Set Accountability Measures: Establish clear expectations and accountability measures for leadership behaviors and performance post-training.
