25.1. The State of New Hampshire, Department of Administrative Services is seeking to establish a non-exclusive contract to provide Excavation Services to facilitate the timely repair of underground facilities including but not limited to electric, gas, oil, steam, petroleum, communications, water, sewer, storm water and irrigation lines for its buildings located in Concord and Laconia, NH as listed below under Site Location. 25.2. The successful Vendor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, construction equipment and machinery necessary to satisfactorily complete the Excavation Services as identified below. 25.3. The Excavation services shall include the following: 25.3.1. excavation, complete debris removal and offsite disposal; fill and paving and or concrete work in order to return the disturbed work areas in proper and safe condition; 25.3.2. Repair of water, sewer and storm water systems including piping, manholes, frames, hand holes, catch basins, grates, covers and outfalls and all culverts; 25.3.3. Testing of completed piping work; 25.3.4. Other general excavation related services as requested by the State; 25.3.5. Pavement services either in house or through a sub-contractor as requested by the State; and 25.3.6. Catch basin cleaning services either in house or through a sub-contractor as requested by the State. 25.4. Individual projects shall not exceed $25,000 including all costs associated with any individual project, including supervision, labor, material, equipment, construction equipment, machinery and supplies etc., unless a waiver is granted by the Director of Plant and Property Management. 25.5. The successful Vendor shall submit not to exceed quotes for individual projects at rates established in this contract. 25.6. For emergency projects requiring immediate attention, the successful Vendor shall work on a Time and Materials basis subject to review and approval by the State Project Manager.
