Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Manchester, NH, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provideprofessional energy consulting services for the following utilities: electricity, natural gas andliquid fuels including heating oil, diesel, biodiesel and ultra low sulfate distillate (ULSD).Requested consulting services will include but are not limited to strategic energy planning andprocurement, market analysis and monitoring, procurement risk assessment, procurementoptions, contract management and energy data management. The City's goals with respect tothis procurement are to take advantage of the competitive energy markets, to leverage andoptimize it load capacities, to provide consistent energy procurement decisions and practicesdriven by strong knowledge based market analysis and risk assessment and to reduce its energycost.
