1. Required Tools a. One (1) battery-powered spreader, with a spreading distance of at least 30 inches. ***Tool must meet a 10,000 PSI or equivalent operating pressure*** b. One (1) battery-powered cutter, with a minimum cut opening of at least 5 inches. ***Tool must meet a 10,000 PSI or equivalent operating pressure*** c. One (1) battery-powered combination spreader/cutter tool, with a cutting opening of at least 10 inches and spreading distance of at least 15 inches. 2. Battery Requirements a. Each tool must include: i. One (1) primary battery ii. One (1) spare battery b. All tools must be compatible with commercially available battery platforms (e.g., DeWalt, Milwaukee, Rigid) 3. Charger Requirements a. One (1) battery charger capable of charging 2 to 4 batteries simultaneously
