1. serve as primary staff resource in completing necessary environmental and historic documentation for federal and state grantor/regulatory compliance to fully execute FTA award. This will include Brownfields impact assessment to be coordinated with the Town of Durham and its staff as well as environmental management firm 2. assist UNH staff in review and update of 2015 concept plan/2022 scope revisions into a new final program. With UNH lead, a stakeholder group will be assembled to finalize program needs and assist the design team in final concept for design, 3. develop final building, site, utility and environmental mitigation (if any) plans and construction cost estimate(s) to implement the revised scope conceptual plan improvements: a. building improvements: ‘North Canopy’ restoration including, selective demolition, structural framing, slate roofing, gutters and downspouts, and modifications to accommodate envisioned intercity bus loading and customer access/circulation. b. site Improvements: access roads, parking, grading, current platform (limited) and landscaping, including site phasing logistics plan which take into account continued rail passenger, food service and Lot/Whittemore access during construction as well as final pedestrian and vehicular traffic accommodation. c. utilities: power supply, HVAC efficiencies and stormwater management 4. complete final Construction Documents for USNH and federally compliant bidding process, 5. assist with review of bids,
