1. Demolition: Demolish and remove three (3) modular buildings located on school district property. Disconnect and safely terminate all utility connections (electrical, water, sewer, data). Remove all associated skirting, steps, ramps, decks, and footings. 2. Hauling and Disposal: Haul away all demolition debris to a licensed disposal facility. Provide weight slips or disposal tickets upon request. 3. Site Grading and Finish: Grade the disturbed areas to a smooth and even finish. 4. Permits and Compliance: Contractor is responsible for securing all required permits. All work must comply with local, state, and federal codes and environmental regulations. Adherence to OSHA safety standards is required throughout the duration of the project.
