The City of Nashua is soliciting letters of interest and qualification statements for the provision of construction management services, including consulting expertise, for the demolition of the existing building and construction of a new office and garage at Edgewood Cemetery. The respondent and their subconsultants must be able to perform, including but not limited to every element of the Required Services and Scope of A Services outlined below. The CM firm shall provide construction management services for the Edgewood Cemetery. • Demolition of the existing structures • Assist in providing temporary facilities to allow for uninterrupted cemetery operations • The cemetery office and garage are estimated to be 5,500 square feet. • A designated space for tools and equipment is needed within the building. • The building will offer an office space to meet with families, a breakroom, and a locker room with restrooms. • The parking will be redesigned to improve accessibility • A new greenhouse will be constructed on site • Gas, water, and electrical systems to be upgraded. Utility stubbing will happen in the summer of 2025
