Provide conventional building alarm system for commercial applications. They system shall include The system shall include keypads, door contacts, motion sensors, fixed duress alarms, remote duress alarms and a temperature/moisture alarm. The system shall be inclusive of all necessary functions, monitoring, and control capability. 2. Provide zone expanders, relay cards, digital dialer, and associated accessories to the building alarm system. 3. System shall be capable of number of zones that is required per point of protection with capability of expansion. Provide for 200 user codes and 200-event history from keypad. A. Provide, install and program a functionally complete CCTV video surveillance system per Manufacturer’s guidelines and codes. Provide, install, and program a functionally complete access control, electronic locking, and door monitoring system per Manufacturer’s guidelines and codes. The system shall be inclusive of all necessary functions, monitoring, control capability, and tied into the existing S-2 electronic card access controller located at the Administrative Office of the Courts. 2. System Wiring: a. Wire gauge and shielding shall follow the manufacturer’s installation guidelines. b. All wiring shall be installed in accordance with the National Electric Code (NED) and the National Fire Protections Agency (NFPA). c. All wiring shall be concealed where possible. All exposed wiring shall be installed in a protective housing such as conduit or wire mold. d. Cables penetrating floors and firewalls must be routed through a metallic sleeve and properly fire stopped to meet nation and local fire codes. All walls and floors shall maintain their existing fire rating. e. Access system shall be connected to the buildings fire alarm panel to release all magnetic locks when the fire alarm is activated.
