The TOWN OF PELHAM, New Hampshire is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors for the supply and installation of a carport for the police cruisers and an enclosure over the current impound lot. 1. Structure Specification: a. Dimensions: i. Front - Covering approximately 110 feet wide by 20 feet deep, minimum of 8 feet tall. (11 spots); ii. The center of the carport has to have a height of a minimum of 15 feet tall. (This provides access and covers the impound lot). iii. Impound lot full dimensions– 30 feet by 40 feet deep, with five spots to the right of the enclosure that should be partially or fully covered. iv. Impound enclosure walls; 1. (2) 40 feet by 15 feet tall; 2. (1) 30 feet by 15 feet tall; 2. Materials: The TOWN OF PELHAM intends to maintain the same or a similar architectural design and the character of the Village Green. a.
