Project 1: White Park Basketball Court/Tennis Bang Board (1 White Street, Concord NH.) Alternative 1: Full renovation of existing basketball court area. Approx. 93 ft x 112 ft 1. Remove and dispose of or grind in place, existing pavement. Level and compact area with minimum 8” thickness of ¾” crushed stone, gravel, recycled asphalt or other aggregate material. 2. Add minimum 2” thickness of asphalt base, add minimum 1” thickness of asphalt finish top. (min of 3-inch asphalt). 3. Add 1 coat SportMaster Rubberized or Plexipave resurfacer filler coat (or equivalent). 4. Add 2 coats SportMaster ColorPlus or Plexipave textured coating (or equivalent) in green background. Paint basketball court (High School sized court 84 ft x 50 ft) with 2-inch white lines and blue free throw area and center circle area, with three-point line. Similar to Rollins Park (include picture). 5. Remove and re-install existing basketball hoops. 6. Work around existing fence on south, east and north side of court and add fence to match and surround entire new paved surface, include 10 ft vehicle access gate(s) and 2 pedestrian access gates 7. Repair existing tennis bang board. Alternative 2: 1. Reduce paved surface to 86 ft x 100 ft (+/-) and complete number 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 above. 2. Replace existing tennis bang board – move approx. 7 feet east from current location 3. Remove existing fence along south, east side and north side of paved area and install new 8-foot height black chain link fence completely around new paved court and tennis bang board area, include 10ft vehicle access gate(s) and 2 pedestrian access gates.
