Town properties are as follows: Town Hall, Community Center, Police Station, Kimball House, Kimball Library, Center School, Fire Station/Town Garage Complex, Dow Common, Woodlock Park Baseball Fields, Tennis Courts, Woodlock Park Soccer Fields, Collins Park and Common Areas. Square footage for maintained areas will be provided by the contractor and approved by the Public Works Director. Approximate square footage of 620,135 feet. Each contractor is required to familiarize themself with all areas and access within the Scope of Work. All work must conform to New Hampshire State and Federal laws for the application of fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides. All fertilizers must be slow-release granular applications and may also include post-emergent visits, as needed, with approved liquid and/or granular applications. The total sum of fertilization will yield 3.25 lbs. of nitrogen. Application visits must be completed approximately 5 to 6 weeks apart. All applications and visits performed require pre-notification to the appointed Town representative and/or agent with the date and time of contract work no less than 24 hours prior to the application. No contract application or post-emergent application may be applied between 8 AM Thursday and 8 PM Sunday unless approved in writing by a Town representative. Any contract application of herbicides or pesticides may only be completed by or under the site supervision of a supervisory-level license holder and a Town representative.
