General Care of Grounds Activities: • Spring clean-up - Clean out leaves and debris from each site, thatching, bed prep and mulching of properties (10-15) yards of hemlock mulch total. • Fall clean-up – Clean out leaves and debris from each site. • Weed whacking- Around all structures, and foundations, vertical trimming of beds, and walkways as needed. Should be done at each mowing or as needed. • Hedge Trimming – Periodic trimming of shrubs located within the planting beds as needed to keep plants in healthy and attractive condition. • Lawn Mowing • Weeding- Periodic weeding of the Landscaped planting beds during the growing season (at least twice per month between May 1st and September 30th) to ensure the beds remain attractive and well-manicured.
