Barb type fittings for calcium/brine connections to hoses with stainless steel, screw type, combination hex and Phillips head hose clamps. 24.4.5. A corrosion resistant check valve shall be provided to prevent siphoning of the melting agents from the tanks through the spray bar. 24.4.6. Spray system capable of being constructed and installed by the State to allow the individual control of draining tanks when pumping remaining product back to a facility's main storage tank and shall include a quick coupler assembly as a termination point. 24.4.7. State to provide hose from coupler to facility storage tank. 24.4.8. Spray system to be constructed and engineered to provide a means for flushing the pump and spray system with water, RV anti-freeze, or a corrosion resistant product to protect the system internally for summer storage. 24.5. Filter: 24.5.1. A corrosion resistant, in-line, replaceable element filter shall be provided to protect the system from particles that may cause damage to the pump or clog the spray nozzles. The filter shall be located outside and near the pump enclosure to allow easy access for cleaning. 24.6. Pump: 24.6.1. Gear pump style pre-wetting power unit manufactured by Bosch Rexroth (version 17.2 part number 311789 / R 987377133).
