Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued to obtain information about options, approaches, time frames, and coststructures for analyzing and transforming the way the State procures goods, services, facilities/buildings, andinfrastructure (roads, bridges, etc.) through its grants and contracts. Specifically, the State is seeking ideas that outline anapproach to move towards a more integrated procurement operation in a systematic, deliberate way, based on similarsituations found in other public and private entities, and which may include options for a public-private partnership.These ideas may be used by the State in crafting a Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain services to assist with thistransformation
