Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Prepare and submit 2026 Special Permit Application to the Division of Pesticide Control (DPC) and respond to any inquiries resultant for such a submittal or resulting from the performance of this Agreement. 2. Prepare and submit 2026 Notice of Intent for the Federal EPA NPDES Pesticide General Permit. 3. Conduct all control operations in accordance with all state and federal regulations and consistent with the Special Permit Application referred to in Item 1. 4. Compose, distribute and record State DPC mandated notices. 5. Provide and supervise mosquito control personnel. 6. Provide all necessary vehicles to conduct this Scope of Work herein delineated. 7. Provide all necessary insecticides and equipment to carry out the provisions of this Scope of Work. 8. Analyze environmental conditions and scientific data to determine appropriate, effective and efficient control measures. 9. Conduct surveillance and application of larvicides to mosquito breeding sites, including swamps and catch basins, to control mosquito larvae and pupae. Work to begin in April and continue through October 2026. 10. Conduct surveillance and trapping of adult mosquitoes with weekly trap sets and collections from early July 2026 until October 2026
