The New Hampshire Department of Military Affairs and Veterans Services, Division of Community Based Military Programs (hereinafter “the Agency”), is seeking proposals for the 2025 Ending Veteran Homelessness in New Hampshire Annual Summit. This conference is a one-day event, and the Agency anticipates approximately 75-100 business professionals will attend. The services sought include facility space, parking accommodations, audio-visual equipment with support services, and food/beverage. The purpose of this event is to convene leaders and subject matter experts from the ending veteran homelessness community of practice (Federal, State, regional, municipal, service and support organizations, and non-profits) along with landlords, property managers, real estate investors, developers, Veteran-Friendly Businesses, and other key stakeholders to raise awareness, develop advocacy, shape conditions, and identify approaches for operationalizing sustainable programs and initiatives for community-based systems to quickly house a Veteran should they experience homelessness or be at risk of experiencing homelessness and transition to permanent housing stability
