Special Considerations: Building will be occupied. Second floor rooms will be vacated but basement, first and third floor occupancy will need to be maintained. Access to third floor administrative offices must be maintained at central stairway. All very loud construction noise must be scheduled outside of normal office hours and/or on weekends.
