The sewer rehabilitation Work includes approximately four (4) CIPP Sectional Liners, repair and/or coating of 90 manholes, and replacement of grade rings and/or frame and covers of 48 manholes. New replacement sewer construction is located at the Craig Road and Rancho Drive intersection and at the Craig Road and Jones Boulevard intersection. Rancho Drive and Craig Road Intersection: The existing subject sewer in Rancho Drive is 21-inch diameter in size with invert depths ranging from approximately 9 feet to 12 feet. Existing 16-inch ACP waterline to be removed and relocated. Centurylink conduit bank to be relocated to avoid conflict during construction. Jones Boulevard and Craig Road Intersection: The existing sewer in Craig Road between Rancho Drive and Jones Boulevard is 21-inch in diameter with invert depths ranging from approximately 10 to 13 feet Paving Work on Craig Road/Jones Boulevard is approximately 450 feet along Craig Road and includes the entire south portion of the Craig/Jones intersection and the Craig eastbound approach starting at the beginning of the left turn pocket. The work involves milling up to 3 ¾-inch of plantmix bituminous surface then filling with 3-inch plantmix bituminous surface (dense grade) and ¾-inch plantmix bituminous open-graded surface.
