A description of the initial implementation of the exam forms must be given, along with a suggested exam form replacement schedule during the contract period. The proposal must include a description of the proposed procedures for pre-testing, exam question review, and exam form updates. Procedures should ensure, in a manner consistent with accepted exam construction standards, that all items are reviewed for appropriateness for use in the assessment of competency of each entry level license, certificate and permit-holder. Exam Certification: Proposal must ensure that the real estate examinations for the national portion only are approved by ARELLO for Real Estate Licensing. The appraisal examinations are approved by the Appraisal Qualifications Board (AQB). Vendor will be required to administer the National Uniform Examination developed by the AQB. State specific portions are not required for the appraiser examinations. Vendor will be required to administer the Inspector of Structures examination and it must be approved by the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors, Inc. (EBPHI). State specific portions are not required for the Inspector of Structures examination. In addition, documentation of all approvals must be submitted with the proposal.
