The Nevada State Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)/Division of Welfare and Supportive Services (DWSS)/Child Care & Development Program (CCDP) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a replacement for the existing Nevada Child Care System (NCCS) with a more advanced, efficient, and user-friendly platform and related services as described below and in the scope of work and attachments. DWSS seeks a qualified vendor to replace the existing NCCS with a modern, robust solution designed to meet the evolving needs of CCDP. This project will involve the development, customization, and implementation of a new system tailored to DWSS’s specific requirements. The new system will enhance capabilities across case management, eligibility determination, provider management, fund management, and payment processing. The State intends to award one (1) contract in conjunction with this request for proposals (RFP), as determined in the best interests of the State. DWSS will administer the contract resulting from this solicitation. The anticipated start date of the contract will be upon BOE approval and will be for a four (4) year period.
