Specifications include, but are not limited to: Any resulting contract will provide services to the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP), Bureau of Safe Drinking Water (BSDW), for the coordination, proctoring, and reporting of test scores for Water Distribution Operator and Water Treatment Operator certification exams. The contractor is required to meet regulatory and agency deadlines for two (2) to four (4) exams per year and correspond as required with applicants. The Drinking Water Operator Certification Program is required by NRS 445A.875-445A.880 and program regulations are included in NAC 445A.617-445A.652. 2.1 Providing for exams includes services of an Exam Administrator for examinee support, process support, and proctoring logistics: 2.1.1 Coordination of a network of proctors for the NDEP-specified test dates at statewide locations. Applicants’ desired exam locations vary, but may include: Battle Mountain, Dayton, Elko, Ely, Fallon, Hawthorne, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Reno, Tonopah, West Wendover, Winnemucca, or at the Nevada Rural Water Association Annual Conference; 2.1.2 Correspondence to the examinee, with an NDEP-approved letter template, regarding the exam logistics (location and time) no less than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the exam date; 2.1.3 Provision of exam results to the NDEP-BSDW within thirty (30) calendar days after the exam date and; 2.1.4 Correspondence to the examinee, with an NDEP-approved letter template, regarding their pass/fail score and their Association of Boards of Certification (ABC) personal Examinee Report, within thirty (30) calendar days after the exam date.
