Specifications include, but are not limited to:. Scope of Work: It is the intent of the Second Judicial District Court (District Court) to contract with one or more qualified and properly certified/licensed treatment providers to provide medication-assisted treatment services for up to seventy (70) participants in the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Court, up to thirty (30) participants in the Youth Offender Diversion (YOD) Court, and up to thirty (30) participants in the Prison Re-entry Court. Detailed descriptions of these services are provided in the “General Guidelines” section of this document. Resultant agreement(s) shall be for an initial twelve (12) month period. The District Court shall reserve the option to renew the Agreement(s), for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. *PLEASE NOTE: Funding for the award of any resultant contract(s) is dependent upon approval in the Nevada Legislature to continue Court funding throughout the State.
