Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.Right-of-Way EngineeringConsultant will provide professional land survey and Right-of -Way engineering services for this project. The project is being designed by the Central Federal Lands Highway Division of the Federal Highway Administration. All of their files are in MicroStation Format. The Consultant may elect to use MicroStation or AutoCAD; however, conversion to/from MicroStation will be required.The Right-of -way engineering services include the following:•Field boundary survey on each parcel affected by a permanent easement (estimated to be 3) or a temporary easement (estimated to be 9). This includes placement of stakes at all property corners and proposed easements. •Post processing and reduction of the field data and boundary resolution based on field findings•Drafting of property boundaries along Kings Canyon Road from record descriptions and field data•Preparation of metes and bounds legal descriptions for identified affected parcels, stamped by a Professional Land Surveyor registered in the State of Nevada. •Preparation of exhibit maps for those affected parcels. •As an optional task if requested by the property owner, provide assistance with any revised/final Record of Survey mapping or parcel line adjustments for recording with the Carson City Recorder’s office. Right of Way Exhibit Maps shall include the following information as a minimum:•Owner of Record•County Assessor’s parcel number and/or other lot and block designation from record mapping •Existing right-of -way with any existing easements•Proposed right-of -way or easement with limits depicting the area of additional required right-of -way needed to complete the work•Approximate existing and proposed improvements•Area calculations•Estimated duration of work•North ArrowAll Right of Way Exhibit Maps shall be 8-1/2" x 11".
