Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide business plan for meeting contracted specifications of providing services to 25 families / case per month. Describe in detail the PROPOSER’S approach to the project including the key elements and methodology for providing services for impending danger. Include in your proposal key project lead or supervisory roles in implementing and overseeing the proposed project; include their education and background within the organization distinguishing them from the Safety Case Manager roles as described within the Scope of Work in accordance to In-Home Safety Plans and Impending Danger. 2. Provide a preliminary project plan that includes PROPOSER'S concept of the Present Danger Plan Pilot Program including the methodology to be used, the major deliverables to be produced, including proposed services and details, as well as key roles and staff functions, service deliverables in order to support ongoing system involvement and appropriate services for Present Danger Plans including recognizing and addressing present danger.
