Specifications include, but are not limited to: rovide improved capacity and operations for the I-15/Tropicana interchange, its surrounding roadway network, and HOV ramps at Harmon Avenue, consistent with the Department’s current design standards and the Department’s project traffic forecast for year 2040. At this time, the Department anticipates a Contract amount of approximately $171 million to $187 million, which includes an anticipated design cost between $9 million and $12 million and an anticipated construction cost between $162 million and $175 million. The Project elements may include, but are not limited to, design and construction of structures, turning lanes, auxiliary lanes, pavements, retaining walls, drainage systems, signs and pavement markings, traffic signals, ATMs, ITS, lighting, safety devices, landscaping and aesthetic treatment, and other elements providing for the overall functionality of the roadway system.
