Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1. Physical inspection of each City building and park facility defined within the project scope by licensed Architects and Engineers (A&E). When appropriate, persons with specific expertise in building systems or construction may be used to supplement the A&E professionals. The inspections should include a combination of building components, systems, and detailed specific component data gathering appropriate for each location. 4.2. Consultant shall develop an asset data framework that shall be organized in a structure consistent with industry best practices, in consultation with City staff and subject-matter experts that is compatible with existing workflows and supported maintenance management solutions. Inputs include but are not limited to, the asset and components, conditions and corrective actions, condition rating score, prioritization, typical useful life, cost estimates, and other data or related metrics.
