Specifications include, but are not limited to: Deliver actionable business/operations and implementation plans; as well as plans for sustaining SIRE; ●Plan for and facilitate approval of SIRE by the Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher Education, in coordination with College’s Dean’s office; ●Establish and facilitate initial meetings of VSC in coordination with College’s Dean’s Office; ●Assist Dean’s office in the successful completion of national recruitment,selection,onboarding,and initial support of the SIRE Executive Director; ●Define objectives and a framework for near-term focus and a coordinated timeline for delivery and implementation aligned with stakeholder calendars; ●Analyze data compiled fromexisting best practices at other institutions, and provide a clear assessment of operational structures and revenue streams relevant to SIRE; ●Convene design sessions to design a prototype process, define roles, responsibilities and schedules to inform collaborators;●Facilitate a prototype with SIRE and a select group of students, faculty, and parents representing Paradise Elementary stakeholders; ●Structure collaboration between campus partners, local stakeholders and offsite collaborators with the requisite interdepartmental infrastructure; ●Manage collaboration between VSC and other College partners, Paradise Elementary colleagues and local stakeholders;
