LVCVA is seeking to obtain services from a compensation consulting firm to gain information and a recommendation on the pay practices and competitiveness of the executive level positions, that will include an evaluation of the current pay structures and ensure internal equity. A qualified firm will be able to provide the following: 1. Thorough understanding of the LVCVA’s total compensation package relative to the public sector, hospitality and direct marketing organizations at all levels of the executive class. 2. Appropriate alignment of all executive level positions within pay grades equal to the determined market and internal equity factors. 3. Internal pay equity analysis and any recommendations for change.
