Washoe County School District (WCSD) is seeking formal proposals from qualified vendors to provide high-quality World Languages instructional materials and resources that align with state standards and support effective teaching and learning for the following subject areas: Chinese levels 1-3, French levels 1-3, German levels 1-3, Spanish levels 1-4, Spanish for Heritage Speakers – all levels appropriate for both middle and high school, AP Language & Culture for French, German and Spanish, AP Spanish Literature and Culture, and IB (International Baccalaureate) Chinese and Spanish The goal is to adopt a comprehensive, standards-based program that fosters linguistic proficiency, cultural competency, and student engagement across all language levels.
