Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective of this scope of work is to create a new public facing website that provides an easy to use, informative, visually appealing resource for the OWNER. The OWNER encourages alternative approaches from PROPOSERs based on their expertise with SharePoint website development projects in other similar organizations. The OWNER welcomes ideas for changes and additions to the proposed scope of work and deliverables. Such ideas and suggestions can be included in the Project Approach/Technical Proposal section of the PROPOSERs response to this RFP. The selected PROPOSER will be required to provide all labor, material, 3rd party software tools, and implementation services necessary to establish a new SharePoint Website at the OWNERs site. This includes all code, raw images, templates, etc.
