This project shall consist of, but not be limited to, the construction of general roadway improvements with the installation of asphalt concrete pavement, curb, gutter, ADA curb ramps, sidewalk, conversion of the intersections of Van Wagenen and Greenway Road and Van Wagenen and Pacific Avenue from a two-way stop and a traffic signal controlled intersections to roundabouts, updating streetlight luminaires, rectangular rapid flashing beacon controlled cross walks, PVC conduits, pull boxes, utility vaults, fiber optic conduit, Type 200 vaults, P30 pull boxes, valve and manhole adjustments, storm drain channel and RCB, AC milling, Type II aggregate base, permanent signing, striping, potable water improvements, valves, blow offs, landscaping, landscape irrigation, excavation, hauling, disposal, various removals, complete street elements, construction surveying, and various other improvements.
