Product bid shall be a contrasting color (Pink to Red or Blue) that will be clearly visible on applied features, to enhance visibility on snow and ice. Solid Chemical De-Icers shall contain: Sodium Chloride 90 – 98%, Calcium Chloride 0.30 – 1.40%, Magnesium Chloride 0.06 – 0.20%, Potassium Chloride 0.20 – 0.40%, as well as Manganese, Iron, Phosphorous, Zinc and other trace minerals and micronutrients to buffer the effects on vegetation and the environment
