The needs of youth and students with disabilities in transition. The needs of individuals with disabilities served through other components of the statewide Workforce Development System. The need to establish, develop or improve Community Rehabilitation. Programs in the State. The needs of business. The vendor shall present a formal report to BVR/BSBVI for review. After acceptance of the report by BVR/BSBVI, vendor shall present the report, along with relevant PowerPoint slides, to the Nevada State Rehabilitation Council (NSRC), at a scheduled council meeting, and defend its recommendations and methodology.
