Services will include but are not limited to: maintenance and repair services of commercial refrigerators and refrigeration units, freezers, ice makers, chillers, walk-ins, reach-ins and display units on a time and material basis; facility remodeling; installation, repair, maintenance, relocation, and replacement of equipment, with purchase of parts as necessary. Parts and materials shall be invoiced at a cost not to exceed 20% of the Contractor’s costs; the State reserves the right to request cost verification for all parts and materials. These services are needed for any and all existing and new Southern Nevada Business Enterprises of Nevada (BEN) locations in Clark County NV, including the three (3) sites at the Hoover Dam and one (1) site in Mesquite. Travel Costs will only be paid for travel over 40 miles (one-way) from the vendor’s contracted location or to the Hoover Dam sites.
