Services will include direct client care, evaluation and assessments, medication prescriptions and management, triage, and any other relevant services not specifically mentioned herein at the request of NYTC staff and/or the vendor and with the prior approval of NYTC staff. Assessments and services may involve administering and interpreting results, and integrating these with current and past symptoms, observations, and information gathered about the youth. The goal of assessments is that results may be used to assist in diagnosis, to assist with educational placement or remediation, clinical treatment planning, rehabilitation, formulating accommodations, disability determinations, medical prescriptions and management, and/or determining the effects of medication. The vendor will provide consultation services to the NYTC Superintendent as needed. Consultation services may be provided onsite, over the phone, or through the telehealth platform. The vendor will make and maintain notes following each consultation and provide these notes electronically to the NYTC Superintendent, ideally within 48 hours of meeting but no longer than 1 week after meeting with the Superintendent.
