These are the minimum requirements necessary to provide pest control services for insects and the prevention and/or abatement of other rodent and insect infestations including, but not limited to the following: Pigeons, Rates, Mice, Squirrels, Cockroaches, Bed bugs, Water beetles, Wasps/hornets and nest removal, Spiders, Earwigs, Flying ants, and Ants. Proposing vendors must submit a proposal which clearly identifies each facility they can service and identify the type of pest control services they are qualified to provide. Weed abatement may be needed at some facilities, the vendor should identify if they can provide this service, but it is not required. Aggressive pigeon abatement and disinfection service are needed at some of the facilities. Proposals shall include suggestions for effective abatement and sanitary cleanup of pigeon and rodent waste. Vendors shall inspect the facility for potential infestations.
