Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Nevada, Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to establish a list of vendors to perform program activities in the areas of, but not limited too Marketing Services, Conference Planning Services, Program Facilitation, Program Management, Community Building, Grant Opportunities, Program Needs Assessment and Training that have been routinely performed throughout the Divisions of the Department of Health and Human Services. The resultant list created from this RFP will be utilized to award program-activity projects (as evidenced by individual scopes of work provided to Divisions upon request) throughout the term of this contract.
