The Churchill County Board of County Commissioners is currently accepting bids to perform renovations on four (4) existing buildings located at 280, 282, 290, and 292 Quail Way for the New Pass House and Day Center. The “Work” to include the following: - Demo existing walls and doorways to improve accessibility for ADA requirements. - Remove/replace carpet/tile including baseboards. - Construct interior walls. - Remove and replace kitchen / bathroom fixtures including toilets and supply lines. - Remove existing hot water heaters and replace with tank less water heaters. - Remove existing hot water boilers and registers for heating. - Remove existing swamp coolers / window AC units. - Remove and replace lighting fixtures with LED fixtures. - Remove and replace all receptacles, switches, and wall plates. - Prime and paint interior walls and ceilings. - Install mini-split cooling system in units 280 and 282. - Install mini-split heating/cooling system in units 290 and 292. - Install wiring for cameras and door access points as required. - Install security cameras and door access points.
