The Successful Respondent will assist the City of North Las Vegas (City) staff to develop a 2055 Master Plan (Plan) as required by Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) 278.150. The Plan will act as a guiding framework for the desired future economic, social, cultural, and quality of life vision and associated goals for the City for a 25-year period. This scope encompasses plan development, visioning, goal setting, public outreach, and creation of a final draft of the Plan. The new Plan will provide the City and community a strategic set of clear and measurable goals to guide future city growth and development, capital improvement projects and City programming in a single unified document. The Plan will help set direction for the North Las Vegas Municipal Code, including Title 17 Zoning Ordinance, and is envisioned to help complement development standards. The Plan should provide an opportunity to integrate the vision of the City with existing City and regional planning efforts that can influence areas outside its boundaries and is pertinent to the interests of the City and its residents.
