Protecting the facility assets by implementing maintenance practices that preserve the health of plant materials and prevent damage to irrigation systems, structures, and walking paths. Ensuring safety and accessibility by maintaining clear and unobstructed walkways, driveways, and access points by trimming overgrowth, removing debris, and promptly addressing any landscape-related hazards. Promote resident wellbeing by creating and maintaining an outdoor environment that contributes positively to the comfort and morale of the veterans, their families, and visitors. Protecting facility assets by implementing maintenance practices that preserve the health of plant materials and prevent damage to irrigation systems, structures and walking paths. Support environmental sustainability by utilizing landscaping techniques that support water conservation, soil preservation and the use of drought tolerant or regionally appropriate plant materials where feasible. Ensure compliance by delivering services in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations as well as any SNSVH policies and requirements.
