Nevada Department of Veterans Services is seeking quotes from qualified vendors to provide repair services for irrigation systems and concrete in the therapy garden as outlined in the Scope of Work below. 1. Cut and remove concrete 3ft to 4ft slab of concrete in affected area, use tools such saw cut and jack hammer for precise cutting - Could have steel rebar so may need to replace rebar. 2. Dig out soil, rocks, and debris to create a trench deep and wide enough to access damaged irrigation line. 3. Repair damaged line and pressure test then cover line with 1 ½ inch to 2-inch sleeve for easy access for future repairs. 4. Refill the excavated area with soil, carefully compacting it to prevent future stress on the line. 5. Pour concrete in slab patch that was removed, finish the surface to match surrounding areas. 6. Test irrigation area to make sure there are no new leaks. 7. Cleanup and finish
