Annually obtain competitive quotes for coverage of each program, comparing coverages premium options. Bind, order and deliver policies of coverage in a timely fashion. 4.2 Review and determine the feasibility of insurer recommendations and assist in the implementation of realistic recommendations. 4.3 Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive loss prevention programs. 4.4 Review audits and verify that the earned premium is correct. 4.5 Review adjustments and verify that incurred losses and computed charges are accurate. 4.6 Review and maintain renewal policies and all endorsements, and confirm that classifications, exposures and limits are accurate and that all applicable extensions of coverage are being provided. 4.7 Assist in the implementation of safety requirements. 4.8 Analyze loss experience for all insurance policies in order to determine possible adverse frequency and/or severity trends. 4.9 Provide specific recommendations of alternative funding methods, including the advantages and disadvantages of alternate programs. 4.10 Report the actual commissions earned on all business placed on behalf of DISTRICT.
