Specifications include, but are not limited to: Designate a person to whom all project communications may be addressed and who has the authority to act on all aspects of the contract. This person will be responsible for the overall project and will be the contact for all invoicing and Contractor staffing issues. Provide written reports for review and approval by SSHIE and formally respond to SSHIE review findings as necessary. Meet as required with SSHIE staff to discuss progress. Make its best efforts to maintain staff continuity throughout the life of the project. If a substitution becomes necessary, the Contractor must submit in advance any resumes for review for each of the proposed personnel substitutions. All Contractor personnel substitutions must be approved in writing by SSHIE Representative.
