The Project is in the Indian Hills General Improvement District, Douglas County, NV and more specifically on Amador Circle, Ore Court, and Placer Court. The proposed surface improvements involve the full reconstruction of the roadway corridor including, but not limited to, the asphalt concrete pavement section, sidewalk, curb & gutter, valley gutter and spandrel, striping and ADA improvements. The proposed utility improvements include the installation of new 6-inch PVC C900 waterline, water services, meter boxes, and fire hydrant assemblies; as well as the spot repair of sewer main and manholes, CIPP lining of 8-inch sewer mains, lateral reconnections, and installation of Type 4R catch basins. In addition to all the new infrastructure, the project also includes removal and disposal or abandonment of existing facilities.
