Health Center Construction Feasibility Study Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribe Date of Issuance: July 21, 2025 The Tribe, on behalf of the FTHC, seeks proposals from firms/individuals to conduct a market demand and financial feasibility study to evaluate either the construction of a new tribal health care facility or an expansion on the current facility. This study will include a thorough and comprehensive analysis for the need and ability to sustain a new facility or current facility expansion, including evaluation of the two sites, as well has being used to possibly access government loan guarantee programs, with emphasis on USDA programs. The purpose of this project is to ensure that the FTHC can provide comprehensive healthcare services for at least the next 15-20 years.
