1.1.1. The State of Nevada, Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation, Rehabilitation Division’s, Business Enterprises of Nevada (BEN) program is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a pool of contractors to provide Grease Trap/Interceptor cleaning, pumping and repair services in Northern Nevada. 1.2. Scope of work; 1.2.1. Services will include, but are not limited to, providing ongoing grease trap/interceptor cleaning, pumping and repair services at all existing Business Enterprises of Nevada (BEN) site locations in Northern Nevada as outlined herein. The Vendor shall be required to service any new sites added during the term of the contract at the costs outlined in the signed contract. 1.2.2. Services will include, but are not limited to: 1.2.3. Cleaning and deodorizing grease traps, interim grease traps/tanks and interceptors; 1.2.4. Repair of grease traps and interceptors; 1.2.5. Free clogged drain lines ; 1.2.6. Date and replace service stickers on all grease traps (if applicable); 1.2.7. Vacuum and pump services ; 1.2.8. Pipelining and pipe bursting ; 1.2.9. Water and sewer line replacement ; 1.2.10. Sewer odor detection ; 1.2.11. Back flow testing, repair and certification ; 1.2.12. Equipment inspections in accordance with established guidelines; 1.2.13. The Vendor shall provide all labor, supervision, parts, tools, equipment, transportation and all effort necessary to perform all services outlined herein. All work shall be performed in accordance with the most current requirements of State, County, City and National Codes.
