NDOW is seeking a qualified vendor to assist with habitat survey, inventory, and analysis in Nevada related to condition and trend monitoring, post-treatment monitoring, and other ecological monitoring needs withing NDOW program areas. Timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements will be outlined under specific individual project-based task orders. 1. Objectives: The major objective of this effort is the following: Collect vegetation, ecological, and soils data in targeted program areas to capture data based on core-indicators and standard program protocols to assess habitat and vegetation community characteristics. The successful vendor will: • Provide program manager, assistant, crew leads and crew members • Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting for Emergency Stabilization & Rehabilitation (ESR), restoration, habitat, and related monitoring • Deliverables/performance measures: Number of positions filled, number of plots sampled, project data finalized and submitted, reports delivered.
